The InnoCORE initiative is launching a world-class postdoctoral fellowship program designed to drive frontier research in biomedicine, aerospace, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing through international collaboration and AI-powered innovation. This initiative seeks to address domestic brain drain and attract top-tier global scientific talent.

* Target Audience:
Early-career researchers (postdoctoral level) in STEM fields, including those expecting to complete their PhD by August 2025

* Program Highlights:

• Annual base salary of USD 66,000, with additional research and industry partnership funding opportunities

• Access to cutting-edge R&D infrastructure in Korea (e.g., supercomputers, semiconductor cleanrooms, biomedical labs)

• A multi-mentor system featuring experts from academia and industry—both domestic and international

• Supported by USD 222 million in government funding over 5 years

• Collaborative research clusters led by Korea’s top research institutes and universities (SNU, KU, Yonsei), alongside global leaders such as MIT, Stanford, Harvard, Oxford, Meta, Google, and IBM Research
